Last updated: October 25, 2025

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Travlr’s websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and capable of forming a binding contract with Travlr, and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
  • Infringe or violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful content;
  • Attempt to bypass security or access non-public areas of the Service;
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by robots.txt and applicable law;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant Travlr a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

6. Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., maps, authentication). Travlr is not responsible for third‑party services and your use of them may be subject to their terms.

7. Paid Features

If we offer paid subscriptions or purchases, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travlr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Travel information (e.g., hours, routes, safety, costs) may change and is provided for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travlr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travlr and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your state or country of residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over Travlr’s principal place of business, unless applicable law mandates otherwise.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the changes.

14. Communications and Feedback

From time to time, Travlr may contact you using the email address or other contact information you provide to: (a) request product feedback or invite you to participate in research studies or surveys; (b) share product updates, feature announcements, and service-related messages; and (c) send promotions, offers, or other marketing communications. You can opt out of non‑essential marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. Service and transactional notifications (for example, security alerts or critical policy updates) are not optional.
